The rowing team hosts members from each class and any academic department. On top of other extracurriculars and academic responsibilities, the team manages to find time to row out at Clear Lake on an average of 2-3 times a week from 5:30 – 7:00 AM and to work out on land at other times as well. The team is very flexible, and as a student-run club, captains ask each member what times work best for them and schedule practices accordingly.
During Rice’s first week of classes, Student Activities hosts a Student Activities Fair. The team will have a booth set up and you can come talk to the representatives about how to join.
